Global "Change" Jewelry Contest
Today I announce a new and exciting contest! Along with with wearing our beautiful natural hair, often comes the notion of adornment. Sometimes it's an elegant wrap to adorn our locs, or braids or fro's or whatever our natural style. Right now, my locs are cornrowed and I'm wearing a beautiful kente cloth wrap around my head with my long locks dangling in the back as braids and I feel N.I.C.E.! Another way is to adorn ourselves with jewelry and beads (such as cowry or other colorful beads).
So to help you adorn, I announce the gift of Global "Ghange" jewelery. I have traveled throughout many places in the world. I am a headband freak. I have loads of headbands that I wear with my locs. I just recently starting wearing hair picks and hair jewelry. I have made my own hair jewelry, that way I can make it with my favorite color and have my favorite charms hanging from it. Today, I have on a head band.

I love to wear dramatic necklaces. Especially if I am wearing and outfit that is sleeveless and my hair is out in an afro/twist out. I love bright colors, wooden pieces, and interesting shapes.

I know this post is a bit old, but there never was a third winner, so here is my adornment!
I LOVE huge earrings! Since I have really big, curly hair, small earrings and studs are usually invisible, so I like really dramatic hoops or large wooden pieces. Sometimes I try and go for something more earthy with beads or shells. Big earrings are the best for anyone with big hair!
